Patrick R. Foltz

Patrick Robert Foltz, age 51, resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021, at his home. He was born on March 23, 1970, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Robert Elmer and Lois Alice (Schmidt) Foltz.

Patrick proudly served his country in the United States Army, during the Gulf War. A unique man who walked to the beat of his own drum, he loved medieval and mystical things, and unique animals, like ferrets and rats. He was a prankster who liked to play jokes on the ones he loved. Patrick was a family man who loved everyone, especially kids. He always was there when you needed him; whether you needed some things fixed or worked on, he was there with his tools to help in whatever way he could. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Those left to forever cherish his memory are his sister, Sue (Bob) Baker; two nieces, Nikki Baker and Shelley Eaton; a special cousin, Jim Foltz; and numerous other cousins who loved him.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lois Foltz.

Family and friends may gather at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, where funeral services will take place at 1:00 pm, with Pastor Ryan Kleimola officiating.
