God gave Patricia J. "Patty" Wozniak, her angel wings so she could be reunited with her mother and father in God's Heavenly Kingdom on Sunday, November 20, 2011. She was born February 24, 1940 to Michael and Laura (Grubinski) Subleski in Toledo. Patty was a graduate of Woodward High School and attended Davis Business College. She married the love of her life, Richard W. "Dick" Wozniak and together they shared 50 wonderful years.
Patty liked nothing more then spending time with her grandchildren. They often said she was, "the best person in the world." She did such a fine job raising her children and grandchildren that her special qualities radiate through them everyday. Patty enjoyed casino gambling in Las Vegas, playing Texas Hold'em and bingo. She also enjoyed cooking for her family, they will hold onto the memories of her preparing her warm home for all of the holiday dinners. Patty was a member of Regina Coeli Church and had worked at Big Lots for 10 years. She enjoyed the camaraderie she shared with her co-workers, especially Paula, Corey and Barb. Her family will dearly miss her and her great sense of humor.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Dick Wozniak; children, Laura (Michael) Saba, Robert (Sally) Wozniak and David (Jennifer) Wozniak; grandchildren, Kelsey and Courtney; Katye (Vince) Marchese, Jessica, Bobby, Terry, Tiera and Nick; Zachy and Nick; great-grandchildren, Chloee and Vinney, Jr.; dear friends, Geneva and Ollie Wozniak, Shirley Young and Sheba Subleski. Preceding her in death were her parents, brothers and sisters.
