Patricia Jean Williams

Patricia "Pat" J. Williams passed away peacefully in her home at the age of seventy on June 13, 2018. She was born on May 25, 1948 in Toledo, Ohio to Jefferson and Betty Jean Williams.

Pat had three daughters, Tamica, Gina and Patrice. Pat loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and son-in-laws. Pat graduated from Rogers High School in 1967. She earned an Associate's degree in Data Processing from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lourdes College. She retired as a Health and Safety Representative at General Motors PowerTrain after thirty years of service. After retiring, she transitioned to a part time instructor position with the American Red Cross. Pat is well known for her gregarious personality, always helping others, and her love of teaching. She took pride in her work, was very involved in corporate committees and demonstrated great passion in her work. Pat was also one of the founding board members of the Wilbur A Williams Community Life and Technology Center named after her Uncle, Wilbur A Williams (Deacon at the Glass City Church of Christ).

Pat is survived by her three loving, daughters Tamica (Eugene Sr.) Banks-Ford, Gina Banks-Gilmore and Patrice (Alan) Harthorne, eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, sisters: Glennora "Ginger" (Bill) James, Norma (Michael) Hawkins, Tamika (Charles) King, Ginger (Eric) Ferguson, Claudette Brewer, Lana Ingram, Lynda Martin, brother: Richard (Denise) Marshall. She is preceded in death by her parents, two siblings, Terry Scott and Karen Katherine Russell; two great granddaughters Mychaela Gilmore and Erin Ford, a son-in-law Kevin Gilmore and a brother-in-law Keith Ingram.
