Patricia "Pat" Spivey

Patricia K. Spivey, age 70, of Sylvania, passed away peacefully October 19, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Patricia was born November 9, 1943 in Toledo to Fred and Vertie (Wilson) Spivey. Pat was a 1961 graduate of Whitmer High School. She was employed and retired from Amerisource. Pat enjoyed spending time with her dog LaNouche.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister, Sharon Lee Hollstein-DePangher, brother-In-Law, Jim (Marlene) Hollstein and best friend Donna Hens. She will be remembered lovingly by her family and many friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Samina Hasan for her compassionate care for many years.

The family will receive guests Friday, October 24, from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home 4150 W. Laskey Rd. Toledo, OH (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 6:00 pm. in the funeral home. Interment will take place at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park at a future date.
