Patricia L. Mcdonald

Patricia L. "Pat" McDonald, age 74, of Erie, MI, passed away peacefully Friday, June 26, 2020 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born on December 16, 1945 to Robert and Ruthella Korner in Cleveland, Ohio. Pat was a part owner of Cinderella's Bridal Shop in Sylvania, OH for 10 years and then went on to become a travel agent with AAA for 12 years before retiring. She loved traveling with her husband and soul mate, Richard. Pat also enjoyed going to casinos around the U.S. She always had a smile on her face and was never mad. Pat loved nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren; it truly was the light of her life. Her smile, spirit and caring nature will never be forgotten and live on in our hearts forever.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Ledyard. Pat is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Richard; children, Diana Mayo and Robert McDonald; grandsons, Jeffery, Matthew, Jackson, Zach (Meagan), Lucas (The Little One), and Chance; 4 great-grandchildren and one on the way; son-in-law, Larry Ledyard; and many dear friends.

There will be no visitation or funeral services per Pat's wishes. A Private Family Celebration will be held to honor her. Newcomer – Northwest Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.

In lieu of flowers those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
