Patricia J. Caygill

Pat Caygill, age 72, a longtime resident of Toledo, passed away Monday, July 6th, 2009 at Ebeid Hospice, Sylvania, Ohio. She was born April 22nd, 1937 to Michael and Eva Golatka in Toledo. Pat was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, willing to discuss the games with anyone interested. She was also a loving wife, mother and grandmother, devoted to her family.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her brother, Michael and sister, Mary. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Jack Caygill; children, Patty (Mark McPherson) Ansara and John D. (Jacki) Caygill; grandchildren, Christina Caygill; Melissa (Jason) Vandercook and Jacob Ansara and siblings, Betty; Rhodie and Annie.

The family will receive guests Friday from 3-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.

The family would like to thank Jan with Ebeid Hospice and the nurses and staff of the Central Toledo Dialysis Center for the loving care and support they provided to Pat.
