Patricia A. Hussing

Patricia A. Hussing age 77 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on January 7, 2025 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born in Morgantown, West Virginia on February 6, 1947 to Claude and Audrey (Myers) Kisner.

Pat was employed as a secretary for the University of Toledo, Southern Baptist Association, and Unisys. She enjoyed spending time with family, playing piano, listening to music with her husband and researching family history. 

Surviving is her loving husband, Edward Hussing; sisters, Myra Raymond, Rose Kuykendall (Stan), son, Michael Hussing (Cassie), daughters, Michele Ibbotson (Terry), Shara Becki (Todd); grandchildren Jessica Gregory (Mike), Samantha Atkin (Curt), Justin Hughes (Rachel), Cody Hussing (Kyla), Kenna Blackburn (Elijah), Erin Hughes and great grandchildren, Brynn, Charlotte, Clayton, Jackson, and Barrett. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Audrey Kisner; sisters, Shirley Hicks, Alverta Whoolery and brother, John Kisner. 

Pat will be remembered for her meek and quiet spirit, her ability to forgive. She was kind, warm, patient, and always made you feel at home. Pat was a devoted wife and a wonderful Mother. She will be truly missed, but the faith she had in her Savior gives us hope that we will see her again!

Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Southwest Chapel) 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., on Sunday, January 12, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ft. Meigs Cemetery, Perrysburg.
