Patricia Lynn Harteis

Patricia Lynn Harteis, also affectionately known as Patti Lynn, age 3 months, passed away on Wednesday morning, April 24, 2019 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. She was born to Cody Van Karsen and Lili Harteis on January 25, 2019. The day Patti Lynn was born was a bright and beautiful winter day at Toledo Hospital as her family excitedly awaited her arrival. She had perfect little fingers and tiny kissable toes. During her time here she had a beautiful smile that left an impression on those that loved her. She enjoyed cuddling with her mommy and daddy, taking lots of naps and being told "I love you" countless times. Patti Lynn will be greatly missed and will always have a special place in the hearts of many.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Cody Van Karsen and Lili Harteis; big sister, Coraline; paternal grandpartents, Ken (Shannon) Van Karsen and Carrie (Charles) Williamson; maternal grandparents, Richard (Ronni) Harteis; great-grandparents, Lauralle (Robert) Van Karsen, Lester Harteis and Henry (Arlene) Rios; many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carol "Nonnie" Harteis and Patricia Lynn Presnell, whom she was named after.

The family will receive guests on Monday, April 29, 2019 from 2-3:00 p.m. at Newcomer - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with her Funeral Service starting at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
