Patricia A. Chadwick

Patricia "Pat" (Richie) Chadwick, age 64, passed away on June 14, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born on April 12, 1957 in Lyons, New York to Charles Ray and Mary (Noble) Richie.
Her whole life revolved around her children and grandchildren who always were her reason for breathing and living. Nothing meant more to her than her family. She LOVED to fish and taught all her kids and grandchildren how to fish. To her nothing was more relaxing than a pond and a fishing pole. Pat's other hobbies included refinishing furniture, crafting, gardening and canning.
She was a simple person and only wanted the simple things in life. Pat firmly believed God always provided what they needed and it was enough. She had a very strong faith and it was never broken.
She is preceded in death by her dad Charles "Ray" Richie and loving husband, Douglas E. Chadwick. Pat will be missed dearly by her loving sons, Douglas (Megan) Chadwick and Jeff (Jessica) McKiddy; daughters, Tanya (Daniel) Kill and Theresa Chadwick; grandsons; Timothy (Brittany), Thomas, and Dyllan; granddaughters, Regina, Clarissa, Sumer, Mercedes and Veronica who is due in October; mother, Mary; brothers, Mike (Alice), Chuck (Paula), Doug (Julie), and Pete (Chris); sisters, Linda (Randy), Cindy (Spencer), and Connie (Jimbo); in-laws, Greg (Sue), Kathy, John, and Gina; and many nieces, nephews and many other loved ones.
Pat and Doug are in Heaven in their log cabin watching over their families.
Pat's final wishes were to be cremated and a party thrown to celebrate her life. The Celebration will be held on June 27, 2021 from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. at St. Jerome Catholic Church, Parish Hall, 300 Warner St., Walbridge, OH 43465. Please bring a dish to share!

Her family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo Facility for the great care they gave her and the compassion they showed everyone.
