Early Saturday morning on April 30, 2022, God gave His child Patricia Ann Bailey her heavenly wings.
Patricia, is the eleventh child of fourteen children, born to the union of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore and Eular Grinter Sr. in Russellville, KY on November 20, 1949.
Patricia received her education and graduated from Alliance High School. She joined the Second Baptist Church and was a choir member. After graduating, she moved to Detroit, Michigan and attended ITT Business College majoring in Computer Programming. Graduating in the top 3 of her class.Patricia was a member of The Girls Assembly PHA.
She returned to Alliance and married Phillip Couch and in their union, their precious daughter Che' Couch was born. Her family resided in Detroit. Upon moving to Toledo where she resided for years, she met and married Willie Bailey and in their union their precious daughter C'ne Bailey was born.
She was a very stylish classy dressing lady. She enjoyed reading books and watching movies. She was an avid chess and backgammon player and also loved playing bid whist. She loved to bake cakes and everyone loved her Roast Beef. She also loved telling Jokes.
Upon returning to Alliance she worked as a GED Instructor for the Alliance Schools. She enjoyed helping her family and community.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Eular Grinter; brothers, Theodore (Ann), James (Helen Grinter Smith), Claude (Jean) , Willie Grinter; sisters, Elenora, Geneva (Lionel), Naomi (James) Edwards, Elizabeth (Harry) Hayes, Minnie (Arthur) LaBlanc, Dorothy, and Martine Grinter.
She leaves to cherish her many memories with her loving precious daughters Che' Couch and C'ne Bailey; granddaughter, T'My Butts; Sister, Carlis (Earl) Stevens; brother, Steve (Kanisha) Grinter and a host of nieces and nephews.
