Pamela Rose Poling arrived in heaven and received the best birthday gift ever- to dance the streets of gold with her daddy. What a celebration that must have been. We all know Pam loved a good party, especially on her own birthday!
Pam gave cancer a good fight before deciding she’d rather spend her days with loved ones because her hope was in heaven with her Savior. She was born on June 27, 1964 in Toledo, Ohio to James and Frances Poling. She is preceded in death by her father, James Poling. She is survived by her mother, Frances Poling, four siblings; Vickie (TJ) Szymczak, Ken (Sara) Poling, Karen (Jim) Kachenmeister, Laura (Rob) Kime, nine deeply loved nieces and nephews, as well as extended family, countless friends, and beloved cat, Oliver. Pam will be greatly missed by her family and friends, whom she cherished so much.
In her own words, “shopping is fun!”, Pam found joy in finding and giving thoughtful gifts to others. Her heart was full when showing generosity to those in need.
Pam could always be found sporting the Buckeyes or Steelers colors, with rings on every finger, and panda’s galore arrayed in her room. But her tiger cat, Oliver held the most snuggly spots curled up by her side as she routed for her favorite teams.
In grand style only Pam could pull off, she entered and left this world on the same date, leaving June 27th etched in our hearts forever as a day to celebrate her joy filled, generous, and loving heart.
"If there ever comes a day where we can't be together, keep me in your heart, I'll stay there forever."
