Pamela Kay Feichter

Pamela K. "Pammie" Feichter, age 61, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on early Sunday morning, November 19, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio where her husband had been by her side. She was born on August 26, 1956 to Verlin and Mary Elizabeth (Hawkins) Jackson in Toledo. For many years she provided childcare in her home for many, many children who are now grown and prosperous! She was dedicated to taking care of these children and many of them called her their "2nd mom." And as the children grew-up and moved on they still came by for a visit.

She was an avid collector of Boyd bears - any bear really, porcelain dolls and various other trinkets and collectables. Pammie was a giving, loving and kind woman and she will be missed by all that knew her.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Robert "Bob" Feichter; step-son, Michael (Kat) Feichter; father, Verlin Jackson; sister, Patricia Jackson-Governo; brother, Gary Jackson; nieces and nephews, Tina (BJ) Beard, Trevor (Donna) Jackson, Shanna (Greg) Buckley and Shae Governo; many great-nieces and great-nephews which she adored; soul sister and best friend, Mary (Gregory) Cronenwelt; plus many children that she cared for from her babysitter career.

In addition to her mother, she was precede in death by her nephew, Tony Jackson and step-mother Ellen Jackson.

The family will receive guests on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Her Funeral Service will begin in the funeral home on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Jay Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
