On September 18, 2014, Palmis "Pam" Jean Frye went to heaven, to be with her 6 sisters and 4 brothers and grandson, Ryan Keith Frye, who have passed on before, surrounded by her family.
Pam is survived by loving husband, Otis Darrell Frye Sr.; her children, Rose (Wayne) Owens, Otis D. (Tammy) Frye Jr., Dorothy Jean (Ric) Stevens, Robert K. (Teena) Frye, William K. (Patty) Frye Sr; brother, George W. Mullins II; brother-in-law, Junior (Donna) Frye; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Pam was born in Logan, West Virginia on August 3, 1934 to the late Pearl and George Mullins. She married Otis Frye on October 31, 1950 and the two of them shared almost 64 years together. Pam moved with her family to Toledo in 1959. She was employed at Tolco Corporation for 34 years.
Pam loved going to Bingo, casino and garage sales with her family. Many picnics and reunions with her family brightened her life.
The family will receive guests on Monday, September 22, 2014 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Burial will be at Wakeman Cemetery in Waterville.
