Orlo R. "Ralph" Cully, Jr., age 73, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Browning Masonic Retirement Community. He was born on November 2, 1949 to Orlo Sr. and Pauline (Disbrow) Cully in Toledo. Ralph graduated in 1969 from Whitmer High School. Ralph also had a passion for classic cars being a member of Glass City Corvettes. When his sons were younger he enjoyed being Scout Master for their Boy Scout Troops.
