Ora Mae Keesee

Ora Mae Keesee, age 89, of Sylvania, passed away Sunday, November 28th, 2010 at Kingston Care Center. She was born July 19th, 1921 in Man, West Virginia. Ora was a longtime member of Calvary Bible Chapel and a Past Secretary and member of Local 11 Retirees Union. Ora was also an accomplished seamstress and a wonderful cook.

In addition to mother, Vennie (Houser) Bryant, Ora was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Jasper Keesee; son, David Keesee and brother, Henry Bryant. She is survived by her children, Robert (Judy) Keesee; Nancy DeCamp and Donna Keesee; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dorothy Bryant and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests Friday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300)and Saturday from 10-11:00 a.m. at Calvary Bible Chapel, 3740 W. Alexis Rd. Funeral services will begin Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
