Octavius "Wally" Waller, age 88, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2005 at Flower Hospital. He was born on January 31, 1917 to William and Ruth (Young) Waller in Indianapolis, Indiana. Wally was employed with the telephone company, ITT Hoffman, for 35 years. He was a longtime gold member of the Masonic Lodge in Indiana; he was the National Director of the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA), for Ohio Nomads and volunteered for 18 years with the police department in Indiana. Wally was an avid square dancer and Vice President of the Indiana Square Dance Association.
Wally is survived by his loving wife of 23 years: Helen; children: Diana (Keith) King, William (Lucia) Waller; step-children: LeeAnn Kipp, Janet (Phillip) Pasco, Debbie Kipp; and several grandchildren.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. Toledo, (419-473-0300) on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 from 2-7:00 p.m. where a Funeral Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Rev.
