Norman Burrow Jr. was born in 1930 in Toledo and lived there for over 90 years. After graduating from Whitmer high school, he worked at Surface Combustion installing furnaces. According to him, he installed one in half of the buildings in west Toledo.
He married Sue Lugwig, the love of his life, also from Toledo. Together they travelled internationally to Europe, Australia, Thailand, and other countries. They had 2 children, Sean and Shannon and vacationed as a family across the USA.
Norm spent decades as a Shriner, raising money for charity and demonstrating his Civic Pride. Even into his 90s, he continued to coordinate holiday parades and the Circus.
Late in life he moved to Illinois. There, he continued to live on his own, but just a short walk from his daughter and indolent Son-in-Law. They spent daily quality time together.
He is preceeded in death by his wife Sue, and son Sean and his parents Norman Sr. (Mary) Burrow and Goldie and Roger. He is survived by his daughter Shannon and Son-in-Law Cory.
