Nellie Louise Hunt, 64, of Toledo, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at The Toledo Hospital. Nellie was born on November 20, 1956 in Toledo to Mieczyslaw and Kornelia (Gieszczyk) Zak.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Milton Hunt; children, Michelle (Ray Smith) O'Day, Gisella (Robert) Oliver, Nikki Hunt, William Sturn, and Quincy Sturn; sisters, Krystyna Murphy and Josephine Zak; 15 grandchildren; and 4 nieces and nephews.
Nellie was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Mieczyslaw "Mike" Zak.
The family will receive guests Friday, November 5, 2021 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900) where Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to Voice for Horses Rescue Network, PO Box 566, Toledo, OH 43697, in Nellie's memory.
