Naomi F. Waterfield

Naomi F. Waterfield, 70, of Maumee, passed away January 27, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital. Naomi was born December 6, 1951 in Toledo to Carlie and Ethel (Berger) Hall.
Naomi graduated from Clay High School in 1969; she also graduated from the Toledo Beauty College and maintained her Cosmetology License throughout her life. She retired in 2009 from the Lucas County Adult Protective Services Department.
She enjoyed baking, gardening, crafts, painting and sewing where she also volunteered making comfort pillows with the "Pillow Talk" ladies at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. A great source of enjoyment was vacationing in Florida with friends and family, visiting Botanical Gardens, Art Museums, and Zoological Parks.
She survived two incidents of cancer in 1992 and 2016 and then a stroke in 2018. She was blessed to receive a liver transplant in 1998 and a kidney transplant in 2016; those gifts of life were deeply appreciated every day of her extended life. She now spends her everlasting days with her Lord and Savior.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, David A. Waterfield; daughter Kelly Waterfield; son Christopher Waterfield; daughter in law Bonnie Waterfield; grand-daughter Maralissa Waterfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sunshine Inc. of Northwest Ohio, in Naomi's memory.
