Nancy L. Redfox

Nancy L Redfox, age 71, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. She was born on November 2, 1948 in Toledo to Earl and Thelma Griffiths.

She was a graduate of Whitmer High School and married Gilbert L Redfox on October 6, 1972. As an Air Force wife, she lived in many places including New Mexico and Germany. They returned to Toledo and Nancy worked in banking many years before changing careers to being a caregiver. She enjoyed spending most of her time with family and traveling. Nancy always had a positive attitude and a listening ear.

Left to cherish Nancy's memory is her husband Gilbert Redfox; son, Matthew Redfox; daughters, Laura Hofmann and Amy Redfox; mother, Thelma Griffiths; sisters Peggy Karpinski and Mary Andrews; brothers, Barry and James Griffiths; grandchildren, Catrina and Christina Redfox, Bradley and Courtney Hofmann; great grandchild, Layla Bernard; and many nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her father Earl Griffiths.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo, OH 43623 (419-473-0300). Visitation will be held following the memorial service at the funeral home from 3-7 p.m.
