Nancy Lewis, age 82, passed away on May 24, 2017. She was born on September 1, 1934 in Toledo, Ohio.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, James and Garnett Foster; son, Ronald Lewis; daughter, Deborah Chevalier and brother, Tom Foster. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Bob Lewis, Cheryl (Bob) Shockey, Randy (Jill Dibling) Lewis, Lucille (Mark) Bowlick, Jenny Lewis and Jodi (Joe) Gordon; siblings, Carole Martin, Dan (Anne) Foster and sister-in-law, Marsha Foster; grandchildren, Tiffany, Christopher, Leigh, Tommy, Lou and Lorenzo; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Haley "Bug", Karis, Kyndra, Chloe and C.J.; father of her children, Robert Lewis; life-long best friend, Loretta Losh.
Nancy's family was everything to her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and memories. Nothing made her happier than spending time with all of her family together, especially drinking coffee and talking with Loretta.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 12-5:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Celebration of Life will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Memorial Donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
