Nancy L. Duszynski, 70, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born on December 23, 1941 to the late Richard and Eileen Koehler in Louisville, KY. Nancy graduated from St. Ursula Academy and was a retired telephone operator.
Nancy devoted her life to taking care of her family and words cannot express how deeply she will be missed. Although she was tiny and frail in health, her strong spirit gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Tracy (Dave) Carman, Bernard "BJ" (Mariea) Weiss, Alicia Weiss; step-daughter, Kimberly; sister, Sharon Barnum; brother, Richard (Connie) Koehler; grandchildren, Ryan (Amber), Mikayla, Kayla, John, Olivia; great-grandson, Carter; nieces and nephews, Lisa, Kristy, David, Richie; best friend, Charlene Hill.
The family will receive guests on Thursday from 10-11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Pastor Scott Carman officiating.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Swan Pointe Care Center for the loving care they gave to Nancy.
