Nancy Ann Harris

Nancy Ann Harris, age 82, of Holland, OH, passed away November 1, 2021 at Flower Hospital, surrounded by family. Nancy was born July 15, 1939 in Toledo to Therman and Inez (Leichty) Hallowell. She was a homemaker and previously employed with Prescription Supply in Rossford, OH.

In her younger years she enjoyed music and dancing at Teen Town in Toledo, OH with a love of music from the 50's and 60's, with no choice but to become an Elvis fan when she met her husband Bert. She was an avid reader and enjoyed ceramics along with other activities like crocheting and attending craft shows. It was the simple things that made her the happiest like morning coffee dates with her sister, spending time with family, yearly Memorial Day gathering at her brother's home, and her annual family trip to Maumee Bay State Park.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Bert Harris, Jr. She is survived by her Children, Paul (Maureen) Harris, William (Julie) Harris, and Kristine Harris; Grandchildren, Erika, Alex, and Zach (Elizabeth); Great-Grandchildren, Addison, Skylar, and Riley; Brother, William (Judy) Hallowell; Sister, Sharon (Mike) Clay.
The family will receive guests Monday, November 8, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions, (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 6:00 pm. at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Nancy's memory.
