Nancy E. (Gatter) Hilkens

Nancy (Gatter) Hilkens, 87, of Toledo, passed away on July 18, 2022, at home. She was born July 27, 1934, to the late Arthur and Caroline Gatter. She was a 1952 graduate of DeVilbiss High School.

She enjoyed traveling all over and enjoyed the company of many family members.

Nancy was greeted in Heaven by her two sons, Richard, who passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022 and William; and her parents.

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her husband of 69 years, almost 70 next month, John Hilkens; daughter, Connie (Achille) Buzzelli; granddaughters, Carrie Goebel and Cami Buzzelli; grandson, Tim Perry; great-grandsons, Jayson and Justyn Goebel; and a sister, Doreen Lutz.

Family and friends may visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, on Monday, July 25, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Nancy will be laid to rest at a later date.
