N. Scott Hamilton

N. Scott Hamilton, age 57, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly July 27, 2022 at home. He was born September 26, 1964 in Toledo to Norman and Sharon (Barton) Hamilton. He was a 1983 graduate of E. L. Bowsher High School and was also a Blade carrier. Scott was an over the road truck driver and owned his own truck. He worked for Schneider Trucking and most recently with Venture Logistics.

He is survived by his parents, Norman and Sharon Hamilton; sons, Matthew (Kathryn) Hamilton and Charles Jones; daughter, Mekenna (Robert) Yohe; several grandchildren; sister, Sherrie (Todd) Aunger; nephew, Todd R. (Maria) Aunger, Jr.; and great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive guests, Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of the donor's choice in Scott's memory.
