Myrtle Uhler
Myrtle J. Uhler, age 88, formerly of Holland and Toledo, Ohio, passed away Monday, June 16, 2008 at Windhavne Assistaed Living Center, Temperance, Michigan. She was born February 24th, 1920 to Doras and Iona (Zinn) Crawford in Bradner, Ohio. Myrtle enjoyed visiting with her family and friends, going out to eat and sharing stories and special memories. She was also an avid reader of many christian publications and poems.
In addition to her parents, Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Uhler; son, Phillip Stiefel; one brother, and three sisters. She is survived by 3 grandchildren and a special niece, Betty and special cousin, Lois and many dear friends
The family will recieve guests Wednesday from 2-8:00 p.m. in Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
