Mirian Wells

Mirian Wells was born July 31, 1941. She moved to eternal glory on October 18, 2022. Mirian was born in Worth County, Georgia to parents Rubie Farish and Van Wallace. She attended school in Georgia and relocated to Toledo in the mid 60's to be close to family.

Mirian accepted Christ at an early age. In Toledo, she was a former member of Greater St. Mary's Baptist Church and later joined House of Prayer where she attended until her health failed.

Mirian was formerly marred to Joe Washington (Georgia); from this union two children were born, Sylvia and Charloyn Washington. Mirian met and married Jimmy Wells in Toledo on 12/31/1966; from this union one child was born Kimjamera Wells.

Mirian retired from Jeep Corporation. Her favorite past times were spent with family and friends. She enjoyed watching games shows and The Property Brothers on TV.

Mirian was preceded in death by mother Rubie Farish; father Van Wallace; Sister Essie Massey, and grandson TaGarous Brock.

Mirian leaves to cherish her memory loving husband of 54 years Jimmy L; brother Billy (Gwen) Atkins; children Sylvia (Calvin) Lewis; Charolyn Washington; Kimjamera Wells; stepdaughters Tawana (Eric) Williams; Debra Bowman; grandchildren Jomon (Meme); Indya; Kymisha; Dasha (Brandon); Jamera; Tericka; Branden; Eric Jr; Kirkland; 9 great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive guests Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 3232 Nebraska Ave (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 12:00 pm. at the church. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park 6382 Monroe St. Sylvania, Ohio 43560.
