Mildred "Jean" Palmer, age 91, passed away on September 17, 2017. She was born on September 21, 1925 to the late Olive and Harry McNelis in Mauch Chunk, PA.
Jean is survived by her children, Jerry Palmer, Kathy (Kenny) Urbaytis and Donna Harbert; grandchildren, Scott, Matt, Chris, Todd, Andrew and Kristal; great-grandchildren, John, Jay and Chloe. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Cliff and son-in-law, John Harbert.
The family will receive guests from 4-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at St. Clement Catholic Church, 3030 Tremainsville Road, Toledo. The Burial will take place at Toledo Memorial Park.
