Michele Lee Keener, age 47, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023, at the Cleveland Clinic, surrounded by her loving family. Michele was born on October 19, 1975, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Royce and Sandra (Coker) Keener.
Michele graduated from Whitmer High School, class of 1994. She worked in management at Huntington Bank. When she wasn't working, she enjoyed traveling, especially to Florida and Tennessee. She loved camping at East Harbor; being outside enjoying the beautiful surroundings is something she looked forward too. Michele was one that captured every moment that was happening around her; creating beautiful memories that would always end up in a picture. Michele had a love for flowers, especially fresh ones; she always had fresh flowers in the house that she would pick. She was an avid pool player and loved to bake delicious desserts for her friends and family. Most of all, family was extremely important. Michele loved being a grammy and spending time with her grandson. She was the life of the party with a smile on her face. She was always there to celebrate life and all that it had to offer. Her constant photos, desserts, love, and smile will forever be missed by those who knew her. This isn't goodbye, it's see you later…
Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving children, Nathan Keener, McKayla (Dylan Gorsuch) Wellman, Elijah Wellman, and Cameron Gregg; husband, Bobby Gregg; grandson, Jameson and a new grandbaby on the way; siblings, Cheryl Rowley, Cynthia West, and Crystal West; sister-in-law, Lisa Gregory; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
