Michael "Big Mike" Stevens, age 46, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away April 21, 2016. He was born December 16, 1969 in Toledo.
Mike is survived by his wife, Holly Stevens; son, Donovan Kempski; mother, Cathy Workman; sisters, Krista (Dominic) LeBron, Laura Kujawa, Tabbitha Blanton and Ashley Howington. Mike was preceded in death by his father, John Edward Stevens.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the American Legion Post 468; 5580 Centennial Road, Sylvania, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in Mike's memory.
