Michael James Poulos, Jr. passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 16, 2023 of natural causes at age 73. A lifelong resident of West Toledo, and a Rogers high school graduate, Michael dabbled in several careers before finding his passion in commercial real estate brokerage. He enjoyed a successful 40+ year career at Zyndorf/Serchuk and Reichle|Klein group which included presidency of the Toledo Board of Realtors in 2002.
Michael always had an aesthetic eye, and was an enthusiast of architecture (both building and landscape), visual art and automotive design. His other hobbies and interests included reading, fishing, nature and spending time with family.
Michael is survived by his son, Drew Poulos and daughter, Hali Forshey (Joey) of Columbus; sister, Angel Hart of Toledo; nephew, Michael Hart (Kathleen) of Telluride, CO; girlfriend, Tina Duran; grandchildren, Jack and Gwen Forshey; dog Rex and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Betty Poulos.
