Michael Patrick Napolski, Sr.

Michael Patrick Napolski age 71, a lifelong resident of Maumee, Ohio passed away peacefully on October 23, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. Mike was born in Toledo on September 11, 1953 to Edith Connors and Richard Napolski Sr.

Mike retired from Preferred properties. He enjoyed spending time with his family; fishing with his grandchildren, Cole and Katie; nature, his chickens, his dog Bella and helping his friends. He enjoyed spending time out in the “bush” and always had a project he was working on or thinking up.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Rick and Dave; and his niece, Heather. Surviving is his loving wife, Sue; children, Michael (Jodie) Napolski, Jennifer (Dan Gaiski) Napolski and Krista Napolski; bonus children, Sara Wietrzykowski, Todd (Rayanne) Sautter, Nikki Leonard, Dawn Michalski, Aaron Heminger and his dog, Bella; grandchildren, Taylor (Miguel) Ortiz, Katlin (Bryce) Davis, Cole Heminger, Destiny (E’Mareon) Mathis, Gavin Bradley and Kaylee Clixby; bonus grandchildren, Naomi, Henry, Charlotte, Gracie Sautter and Ali Napolski (who was more than just a niece); great-grandchildren, Ezra and Ariah Ortiz, EJ and Ezekiah Mathis; sister, Jackie Napolski; and nieces and nephews; good friends, Dan Yount, Dave Marks, Pat Sahadi, John Golbinec, Dan Gaiski, Tim Adamski, Dorene Gorny, Denny Luginbuhl and Dan Fisher.

Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Southwest Chapel) 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 2:00-7:00pm. Military Honors will be rendered at 7:00 pm immediately following visitation. Memorial contributions may be made Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
