Michael G. Kohli, Jr.

Michael G. "Mikey" Kohli, Jr., age 23, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, January 15, 2022. He was born on August 12, 1998 to Michael Sr. and Jamey (Sims) Kohli in Toledo. Mikey worked at Everdry Waterproofing and was a hard worker. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Baltimore Ravens. Mikey loved fishing, and playing board/card games (especially Settlers of Catan). He had a passion for music, enjoyed playing the guitar and piano. Mikey had a contagious laugh that you would not forget. He was very caring, giving and generous. Mikey loved being a dad, which he was truly proud of. Mikey's smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father. Left to cherish his memory are his loving mother, Jamey Kohli; son, Michael Kohli, III; significant other, Caroline Mull; sisters, Amanda (Jamil) Kahlil and Destiny Kohli; nephew, Jeremiah; brothers, Brayden and Mason Altevogt; grandparents, James and Doris Sims and Geraldine Kohli; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
