Michael E. Richard, Sr.

Michael E. Richard, Sr. age 71, of Toledo, Ohio passed away April 18, 2015 at Heartland of Waterville. He was born September 14, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio to Edward and Nettie (Piasecki) Richard. Mike served his country in the US Army where he learned how to drive a tank. He was employed by A&P and Seaway FoodTown and most recently with his son at Michael's Landscape.
Mike is survived by his son, Michael E. Richard, Jr.; sister, Fran Huffman; nieces, Cindy Huffman and Pam Raab; and nephew, Roger Huffman, Jr.
The family will receive guests Tuesday, April 21, 2015 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, Ohio (419-381-1900).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Toledo Area Humane Society in Mike's memory.
