Michael E. Kazmierski

Michael E. Kazmierski, age 42, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 15th, 2010 while visiting his family's farm in Albion, Michigan. He was born February 4th, 1968 to Ronald and Barbara (Hammond) Kazmierski in Toledo. Michael graduated from Whitmer High School and went on to attend the University of Toledo. He was the owner and proprietor of Kaz Bakery in Sylvania for 7 years. Michael was a loving and generous person donating freely to local schools, community organizations and events. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his daughter, Cassidy. Michael will be remembered for his irresistible sense of humor and talent for telling a great joke.

Michael will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Katy (Hogan); daughter, Cassidy; parents, Ronald and Barbara Kazmierski; sister, Pam (Ed) Marok; brother, Ron (Janice) Kazmierski, Jr. and many loving aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins and dedicated employees from the bakery.

The family will receive guests Thursday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with a procession following to Toledo Memorial Park.
