Michael Becerra, age 46, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 27, 2016. He was born on October 5, 1969 in Toledo, Ohio.
Michael loved sports, especially the New Orleans Saints, Houston Astros, OSU Buckeyes and the Santos Soccer team. His family and friends will miss his smile and jokes. Michael always made everyone feel welcome and loved; he was most happy being around his family and friends.
Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents; niece, Alessandra and aunt, Jesu. Left to cherish his memory are his father, Andres; mother, Theresa; children, Karen, Michelle and Michael J.; siblings, Eric, Andrea, Andy (Lucy) and Renee "Chabela"; grandson, Raymond; goddaughter, Andrea V.; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles here and in Mexico.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, September 3, 2016 from 2-6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Funeral Service will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Memorial Contributions may be made to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
