Michael A. Boyle

Michael A. Boyle, age 61, of Toledo, passed away Friday, July 17th, 2009 at his home surrounded by his devoted family. He was born September 11th, 1947 to Bernard and Thelma (Wiese) Boyle in Toledo. Mike was employed with Modern Tools for 27 years and retired from Axis Engineering. He was a computer enthusiast and an extremely passionate fan of the Cleveland Indians. Mike's excitement and support for the Indians was apparent at all times, often leaving appointments and family functions with comments stating "the game is going to start in 10 minutes, I have to go!", leaving his family and friends laughing and smiling at his devotion.

In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his grandson, Dustin. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 44 years, Susan D. (Ulch) Boyle; children, Tracey (Edmund) Matuszynski; Sheila Boyle and Daniel Boyle; grandchildren, Corey; Branden; Zachary and Cole; step-granddaughter, Kara; great grandson, Seth and siblings, John (Carole) Boyle of Avon, IN and James Boyle.

The family will receive guests Monday from 3-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
