Melody Connolly, 58, passed away on Friday, February 25, 2011.
She graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors Degree and was working towards her Masters. Melody worked for many years at Lucas County Children's Services, where she really enjoyed working with the children. She enjoyed spending her time, sketching, painting and working on portraits.
She is survived by her children, Danielle (Brad) Mockensturm, Michelle (Cory) Emerine; mother, Dorothy Schneider; siblings, Tammy, Chuck, Eric; grandchildren, Nakita, Caiden, Sydney, Griffin, Lola and Conner.
The family will receive guests from 4-7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 5 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Memorial Services will begin at 7:00 p.m.
