Melissa K. Klein, age 42, of Toledo, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Mercy St. Anne Hospital where she was surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 8, 1972 to Bradley and Janice (Carder) Siler in Toledo. Most important to Melissa was her family and her canine companion, Amber.
Left to cherish her memory is her mom, Janice Siler; son, Dominic Klein; brother, Scott (Carrie) Siler; niece, Kaida; nephew, Keith and cousin, James Baker. She was preceded in death by her father, Bradley.
The family will receive guests on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 4-6:00 p.m. Memorial Services will begin in the funeral home on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
