Mary Ann Wilkinson

Mary Ann Wilkinson, age 79, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 16, 2023 at home with loving family by her side. She was born on February 19, 1944 to Carl and Edna Weirich in Toledo. Mary Ann was a homemaker throughout her life and loved caring for others. She was an excellent seamstress, making clothing for her daughter's while growing up. Mary Ann loved gardening and tending to her yard, especially her roses. She enjoyed decorating inside and out and for all holidays! Mary Ann was strong in her faith and dedicated to the Fresh Image Women's Retreat; she was very involved as a committee member in creating Bible studies, treasurer and registrar. Mary Ann loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Her smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish Mary Ann's memory are her loving husband of almost 58 years, Ronald Wilkinson; daughters, Catherine (Paul) Sweeny and Christie Wilkinson; grandchildren, Jeremy (Bekah) Merrill, Reghan Boyd, Samantha Boyd, Truman Boyd, Cameron Boyd, and Weston Boyd; great-grandson, Levi Merrill; siblings, Richard Weirich, Juanita Pfeifer, Gary (Colleen) Weirich, Joann (Steve) Ward, and Joyce Seeman; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Monday, October 23, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 6245 Whiteford Center Rd., Lambertville, MI 48144 with Memorial Services beginning at 3:00 p.m. in church.

Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
