Mary Lucille Breier

Mary Lucille Breier, age 79, a lifelong resident of Toledo, passed away Friday, July 17th, 2009 at Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek. She was born to Joseph and Augusta (Woellenweber) David in Detroit, Michigan. Mary was a longtime member of Augsburg Lutheran and Glenwood Lutheran Churches. She enjoyed knitting and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Breier, Sr.; son, Gerald "Fred" Breier, Jr. and stepfather, Eldon Carpenter. Mary is survived by her loving children, Tim (Ruth) Breier; Jim Breier; Dave (Laurie) Breier and Debbie (Denis) Powers; daughter-in-law, Beth Breier; brother, Joseph David and grandchildren, Scott (Laurie); Dan (Shelley); Mike (Miya); Andy; Jennifer; Megan; Katie and Anna Breier; Kelly and Matt Powers; step-grandchildren, Amy and Jessica and many loving great grandchildren.
The family will receive guests Wednesday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
