Mary L. Mazziotti

Mary L. Mazziotti, age 86, of Sylvania, formerly of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at the Kingston Residence of Sylvania. She was born on February 25, 1926 to Frank and Minnie (Beitsch) Mazziotti in Syracuse, New York. Mary graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration along with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1967 and was a prominent attorney for many years; practicing in fields of real estate and estate planning. Mary's main specialty was taxes as she was also a member of the State of Ohio Accountancy Board.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosina and Eula and brother, Phil Mazziotti. Mary is survived by her nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Margie Heilman.

Friends and Family may visit on Sunday from 2 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Services will be private.
