Mary L. Karpinski
Mary L. Karpinski, age 87, formerly of Toledo, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2007 in Williamsburg, Virginia. She was born March 5, 1920 to Albert and Elsie Loofborow in Toledo. Mary was a longtime member of St. Jude Catholic Church. She was a strong believer in her church and raised her children with the same strong faith. Mary enjoyed playing her Hammond organ for her family as well as for the church and choir that she was very active in and made many very good friends. Mary loved to visit with her family and friends and share favorite memories with them. She will be remembered as a simple woman who cherished the time she spent with her family and traveling with her granddaughter Denise.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Karpinski; brother, Clifford Loofborow and sister, Patricia Riley. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Arquette and Frances (Lyle) Hughes; sons, Richard Karpinski and John "Jack" (Lynn) Karpinski; 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Private.
