Mary J.(Kerr) Jilek

Jane Jilek, age 71, passed away on August 26, 2014 at Toledo Hospital. Throughout her life, Jane was very active and had many interests. She was a graduate of St. Ursula Academy, the University of Toledo and The Ohio State University. She graduated from both The University of Toledo, as well as The Ohio State University with Bachelor's degrees. Jane was a dedicated teacher of health education in several school districts throughout Ohio.

Jane is survived by her sons; Patrick of Temperance, MI and Michael (Megan) of Whitefish Bay, WI and daughter, Christine Hart of Toledo. She was a grandmother to Ben and Audrey Jilek; Abigail Hart; Kristen, Alexandra and Erica Jilek. Jane's brothers are David (Dixie) Kerr of Laguna Hills, CA; Richard (Rosemary) Kerr of Toledo and sister, Marjory Weaver of Wooster, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene P. Kerr and Mary T. Kerr; husband's, Patrick McCollam and Michael Jilek.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery (2224 Dorr St., Toledo, Ohio). Guests are encouraged to meet inside the Parkside Ave. entrance of the cemetery and will be escorted to the Memorial Service.
