Mary J. Hernacki

Mary J. Hernacki, age 84, of Toledo, passed away April 22, 2015 at Ebeid Hospice Residence. Mary was born October 6, 1930 in Toledo to Angelo and Assunta (Sacco) Cuttaia. She enjoyed traveling and going on cruises with her husband, taking trips to the casino, bowling, playing bingo, cooking, decorating cakes, knitting and collecting bears of all kinds. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mary was also preceded in death by her sister, Josephine Currie. She is survived by her Husband of 65 years, Stanley Joe Hernacki, Son, Stanley A. (Nancy) Hernacki, Daughters, Suzanne (Thomas) Kiefer and Denise Hernacki, Sister, Delores Lowry, 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive guests Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - NW Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 1:00 pm. in the funeral home. Mary generously chose to donate her body to science.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice in Mary's memory.
