Mary Louise Harman

Mary Louise Harman, age 85, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away April 8, 2024, at Advanced Health Care. Mary was born December 12, 1938, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Chester and Genevieve (Smith) Lawniczak.

Mary attended Scott High School, where she graduated in 1964. She worked at Jeep and retired after 30 long and dedicated years. A woman of faith, she would make beautiful rosary's for donation. Mary's grandchildren meant the world to her and she would do anything for them and sometimes with them! She would go with them to ride roller coasters and bike rides. Anything to make them happy and to spend time with them all. Mary's love and smile will forever be missed by those who knew her.

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving children, Theresa Paredes and Gary (Cheryl) Harman; grandchildren, Chad (Tiffany), Jeremy, Nichole (Zachary), Joshua (Kimmy), Gary II (Marie); great grandchildren, Shia, Cyrus, Camden, Hudson, Kennedy, Colton, Mckenzie and McKade; great great grandson, Jamal; sister, Elanore Makulian and brother, Edward Lawniczak.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Monty Harman, whom she married on April 20, 1956; and her siblings, Chester Jr., Patricia, James, and Delores.

Family and friends may gather at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Following visitation, the Rosary will be recited. Mary's funeral Mass will be on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 10:30 am, at St. Catherine of Siena, 4555 North Haven Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43612. Mary will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Toledo.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lucas County Humane Society or St. Catherine of Siena.
