Mary Elizabeth Mcdonald
Mary Elizabeth McDonald, age 93 of Toledo, affectionately known as "Mother Mac" passed away Tuesday, February 7th, 2006. She was born May 13th, 1912 to Robert and Queenie (Arney) Summerlin in Carroll County Temple Georgia.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, William E. McDonald and brother, Jesse Summerlin. She is survived by her brother, David Summerlin, loving daughter, Naomi Price, sons, Daniel Summerlin (Sarah); Clyde (Vonzell); Job (Angela) and Robert (Claudette) McDonald; 2 granddaughters; Yvette (Charles) Hall and Yvonne (Edgar) Williams; special grandson, Daniel Klosowski; 25 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
The family will receive guests Monday from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473- 0300), where funeral services will begin at 1:15 p.m. Officiating will be Pastor Charlene Brown. Interment will follow at Forest Cemetery.
