Mary Catherine Carpenter, age 63, of Toledo, passed away October 7, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg.
Mary was born on October 12, 1951 in Toledo to Richard and Mildred Cummerow. Mary had her Captain's License and loved being on Lake Erie. She was an avid animal lover, especially horses. Mary loved her family tremendously and was very proud of all of her grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her father. Mary is survived by her daughters; Kelly (John) Campbell and Beth Carpenter, mother, Mildred Cummerow, grandchildren; Maria, Samantha, Kaitlyn, and Colin, brothers; Jim, Dick, and Mike, and special friend, Hope.
The family will receive friends on Sunday October 11, 2015 from 2:00 until 4:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. 419-473-0300 with a memorial service starting at 3:00PM.
