Mary L. Beliunas

Mary L. Beliunas, born on August 7, 1955, in Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 5,2024, in her beloved hometown. A cherished member of her community, Mary dedicated over 30 years of her life as a factory worker at Plastex Industries until she became disabled. Her exemplary work ethic and commitment to her role were admired by many who had the pleasure of working alongside her.

Mary is remembered for her vibrant personality and infectious laughter that could light up any room. With an outgoing nature, she attracted friends and loved ones wherever she went. Those who met her quickly fell in love with her warmth and sense of humor. Mary took pride in being both a mother and father to her daughter, Nichol, and was immensely proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mary had an array of hobbies that brought her joy. She loved to sew, indulge in puzzles, and spend her weekends discovering treasures at garage sales. These passions reflected her creative spirit and her talent for finding beauty in the everyday.

In addition to her daughter Nichol Davis (Marc Roberts), Mary's loving boyfriend Jim Wyman, Mary is survived by her mother, Marie Sharp-Bryant, and her husband Roy; grandchildren Courtney Davis, Bailey Holmes, Morgan Davis, and James Davis; great-grandchildren Bryson, Genesis, Demetruis, Willie, Randy, and Aria; siblings Ronald Sharp Jr. and wife Betty, Jeff Sharp and wife Gerri, and Patrick Sharp.

Mary was preceded in death by her father Ronald Sharp Sr. and her brother Anthony Sharp Sr.

Friends and family are invited to gather in memory of Mary at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Toledo. Visitation will take place on November 12, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service on November 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM.

Mary’s legacy of laughter, love, and devotion to her family will endure in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed but cherished in the fond memories shared by her family and friends.
