Mary Ann Mowrey, age 68, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at St. Anne's Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 4, 1946 to James and Joanne (Hirschle) Pore in Toledo. Mary Ann loved her dogs, squirrels and anything in nature. She was known as a "Momma" to all.
Mary Ann is survived by her children, Kristina (Joe) Perry, James (Ressie) Mowrey, III, Timothy (Stephanie) Mowrey, Julie (Joel) Mekolites and Michael (Wendy) Stechschulte; grandchildren, Tyler, Kaylee, Hunter, Ashley, Parker, Kenzie and Kaeli; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Maddisyn; sister, Joni (Michael) Rang; nephew and niece, Bruce and Jennifer Rang; estranged brother, James Pore; and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive guests on Saturday from 12 – 4:00 p.m. at Lighthouse Assembly of God Church, 2324 W. Alexis Rd. with Memorial Services beginning at 4:00 p.m. The Newcomer Funeral Home – NW Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family with arrangements.
